Hi, I’m Lexy! I’m a Canadian romance author who writes stories featuring strong, diverse characters, laugh-out-loud moments, and, of course, all the steam. I currently live in Winnipeg, Manitoba with my two dogs and ever-growing library, consuming one cup of coffee at a time.

When I’m not writing, I can be found reading in a cozy spot, singing at the top of my lungs, watching hockey, or snuggling with my dogs.

What I Do In My Spare Time

I love reading romance novels and was a bookstagrammer before starting my author journey. Some of my favorite tropes include hockey romance, forced proximity, enemies-to-lovers, and grumpy/sunshine. I read a plethora of authors, but some of my favorites are Helena Hunting, Chloe Liese, Elsie Silver, Sarah Smith, Amy Lea, and Sarah Grunder Ruiz.

I’m a professionally trained vocalist and love to sing. You can find me singing anything from jazz and classical to contemporary radio music. I’ve sung in several venues, including concert halls, coffeeshops, and, more recently, my car and shower. My audience is primarily my dogs.

I love traveling and exploring different places. The furthest I’ve ever been from home is Vienna, Austria. But while I love visiting other countries, I enjoy venturing around Canada and discovering its beautiful locations. Some of my favorite spots include Halifax, Nova Scotia, St. John’s, Newfoundland, Banff, Alberta, and Grand Beach, Manitoba, which is where I spend my summers reading on the deck in the sunshine.
